Hi,

I came across this post (though the applying date has gone) and was wondering if this seems like a genuine Aramco job posting? Obviously it's not direct hire.. but I thought that Aramco was hard to get into and that they hardly ever post for positions and when they do, they take a long time filling them. Or have I missed something? Any clarifications would be appreciated Smile Thanks!

Oh, it's not for me. I was just 'browsing' and this caught my eye. Hoping a dream job will come up one day for the man of the house though. We just like keeping an eye out on what's available in the job market.

Recruiter hell? I haven't even checked to see if there is info already on the board about it! I better do that now..

ARAMCO recruiter based jobs have always been around... not that unusual... men only, of course. As I recall... there haven't been many complaints here about these jobs; nor many glowing reviews.

Every once in awhile ARAMCO does a bit of direct hire, but it is only a handful of teachers. (right It's Scary?)

Ah, I see, that would explain a few things now. Thanks for both of your replies.

I couldn't really find much on the recruitment company, but oh wells.

There haven't been many public complaints, but I've heard more than a few private ones.

From time-to-time. Heard tell recently they were recruiting someone Down Under.

What Ms. Terious is asking about is deffo a recruiter.

It's good work if you can get it!

I have friends who work in Aramco - the best contracts in the magic kingdom but jobs very hard to come by. People stay on - the compound is fantastic - looks like people never left Palm Springs.

Most teachers with Aramco do not get to stay on the Aramco compounds, because they are employed through contractors. Not the same at all.

Well, It's Scary, it's well paid by the standards of most people in the education and training sector in KSA, but while the contractors pay for their pound of flesh, they take a kilo.

The contractor isn't all that, it seems. If a company is going to take donkeys years to get back to you on a very simple question, then there is no hope at all. Rolling Eyes

IF they'll even get back to the question that was asked!

We'll give that a pass Razz
