Yeah, sorry. I'm dumb. I meant into Saigon. Thinking there might be some cheap airlines in the region or in Vietnam specifically. But, to be fair, there are. So if you were in the mood for answering my question that would have been the obvious response.

I found a flight from taipei-singapore-vietnam that comes to a total of $250 after adding an extra 20kg baggage through jetstar. It was a pretty amazing deal I think, but I couldn't find it on jetstar's website actually. Just kinda tried a million combinations until I found cheap ones that work.

Step # 2 FROM WHERE to Saigon? Timbuktu? Looks like you may mean Taipei, but thats a guess.
