Which have better working conditions, benefits, etc.? Saudi Training Centers, Universities, or Schools?

It seems many training centers also double as recruiters for Universities....what are the pros/cons of this?
From all the distrust of recruiters around here, I'm inclined to think this is more of a negative trait, than a positive...

Please let me know what you all think!
Thanks! Smile

Your question is really difficult to answer and doubt many would be able to give any concrete definitive response...but for the newbies ...I posted a simple basic list of the main colleges and universities that I would look at first before considering any others.
If you do not have at a minimal: a bachelor degree (masters perferable)and a proper one year TESL course + a few years of ligitimate teaching experience, your chances of finding a decent employment decreases substancially
Personally, I wouldn't even look at Language Centers or Training Centers, as well as K12 schools...since I do not have any interest in teaching at elementary or highschool level... just my preference and what my intuition tells me about these other organizations.

I'll keep your comments in mind; thank you for your reply!

Generally, I would say that teaching at a government university is much, much better than teaching at a language school in Saudi Arabia.

Good luck.
