I am free as of the end of June, and would love to go work abroad again. I taught last year in Hunan, China, but came home after 5 months due to life circumstances. I would like to go somewhere to teach again, but for no longer than 2-3 months. I'm TESOL certified, and have lots of experience working in schools. Does anyone know of short term jobs out there? Do many exist (that I would be paid for or at least have living expenses covered)? I'm not picky about which part of the world, I would be open to anything really. |

Really hard in Latin America...you can count this region out unless you're looking at summer camp work.

Thanks, I would do summer camp but I'm unsure how that would work, not being available until July... |

Check the international jobs listed on Dave's. There's a current posting for various summer TEFL jobs in Taiwan. I can't tell you anything about the school, however. |

Are there camp jobs in Mexico?
Op: summer camps are the way to go. Check the job boards, places will be popping up soon. |

I know of a few schools here and there that run summer camps, usually at 4 weeks from early July to early August...summer break is shorter here than in Canada or the US. I think they usually go to existing staff first... |
