I'm getting a lot of work done now, a bit like spring cleaning, and it's free - another advantage of not working for a contractor: if they don't pay you what you are supposed to get, they are hardly likely to pay for your dental work.
It's also an opportunity to interact with Saudi females who work as nurses and receptionists.
Would cost a fortune in the West, so make the most of it. |

| Can't we say that living in Saudi IS one big, long root canal? |

| Generally, the dental work done in Saudi Arabia is completely reliable and much cheaper than the States. I have had several treatments, including root canals and fillings. The interesting part is the dentists here tend to work without anesthesia. Amazingly, there really isn't any pain. I wonder if American dentists are overdoing the anesthesia. |

Greetings.
Several good dental clinics are in Riyadh and Jeddah.
Those dentists and associated staff [at least those I met in Riyadh the last time I lived & worked in the kingdom ] tend to be Brits, Canadians, or otherwise-well-qualified - and experienced - expat specialists.
Your employing firm should be able to provide referrals, as well as make appointments.
The larger contract firms based in Riyadh and Jeddah also have contractual arrangements with vetted & preferred clinics so that their employees get speedy and thorough dental care. Those arrangements also simplify payment by insurance policies.
Hope this helps.
