Anybody have translations of the 5 forms you have to fill out to work at a state university?

Nope. Turkish only. And my recruiter doesn't seem to have translations. The documents are not online HTMLs. They are doc, jpg, and EXCEL files, so they are not easily translated by machine. I suspect that somebody here who has been recruited by a state university must have had to fill out these forms in English. If so, and you still have the blank forms, I'd really appreciated your sending me copies. Please PM me and I'll give you my email.

Actually, only the second and fifth forms above present a challenge, as they are JPGs. I suppose I will try to convert them to a machine-readable format.

I worked at a state univeristy as assistant professor. The tip s�zleşme was provided by the university, they had to fill in the blanks in the form giving details of salary etc. The bilgi derleme formu I can imagine is a bit of a challenge, although I should think you have worked out most of the sections with a dictionary. Are there any parts that are particularly difficult to work out? I could help with them. Maybe we should continue this by pm?
