Ive been sooo busy going to interviews and things that I havent had time to look up anything about paying taxes in japan! do i need to get some kind of tax number? what kind of tax rate do i pay? how do i pay??? can anybody help me??? |

Ben,
The tax rate you pay depends on your nationality & type of visa. Regular work visa holders pay 5-7%. Working holiday visa holders pay 20%. You'll have to check with your home country to determine how to file and deduct for income taxes back home. |
