| I worked for a company in this region that bought out a struggling little language school. The idea was to take all the fixtures and fittings, do the place up and make it a part of our growing empire. Part of the sale of the building included the Bangladeshi guy who hadn't been paid since he arrived. His worldly belongings included a mat, a bag of rice and a tea making set. He wasn't allowed Fridays off either. |
