I cannot believe that after five years even six that people are still complaining about the man in charge over at QU! He has had a difficult job all this time and some people didn't like how he did his job! Six years guys, get over the obsession. |

Well, he's not there anymore and has been replaced by someone with a similar management style. The old HoD is not a bad human being but he lacks good management skills and it's being said the new one does too. If you can't relate to your staff and can't deal with them on a personal level, then how good a manager can you be? Think about it, Ms Moonpie. |
