In short, interview questions are largely based on getting more info about what you wrote in the application. Keep in mind the 'STAR' thing:-

Situation - a brief sentence or two to set the scene and give the context
Target - what you wanted to achieve and why?

You'll probably have two people interviewing you. If you need them to repeat the question then just ask. Don't give general/theoretical answers ("Well, it is thought that...") Give specific answers and examples ("In this class, because I was teaching these specific students I did...") They will probably tell you if you're not answering the question in the correct way so listen. |
