Is teaching "adults" much different?

I teach middle school, 8-10 year olds and also 2-4 year olds....

Middle school, I think is the best suited for me. I understand where people are coming from but having 70 students for 45 min makes class go so quick. However with that being said, you practically yell for 45 mins and that's not for everyone.

I believe it all comes down to how you control your class, whether it's 5 kids or 70, young or old; each is different.

Uni students are not adults, pretty much the same way that students in the west are not adults either.

I teach 'real' adults. People who have jobs, families, responsibilties just as I, and others in the west do. Although they have their quirks, which I blame on the education system, teaching adults here is pretty good (most of the time). They can be more demanding though, as they are generally paying for their classes which means they expect to learn.
