Has anyone here taught ESL in a public school (K-12) in the US. Is it just like teaching any other subject? For example, what is class size like (I am in the NYC area.) I was originally just interested in getting an MA for adult TESOL, but it seems that the market for that over here is pretty dry, and that the stable, more lucrative positions are in the secondary schools... (Confused).
