| You can find a list of Saudi universities on wikipedia and on the Saudi Ministry of Higher Ed's website. Then simply apply to the uni directly either in response to their posted ad or by emailing your CV/resume to the appropriate HR person listed on the school's website. But be aware that not all universities do direct hire. |

I concur.
HR is the key acronym here. Make sure you have correct contact info and always obtain a phone number if possible.
