| Could anyone tell me how many lessons a week is expected of teachers at university prep schools these days? |

| This year I taught 24, last year 20. They vary, better universities tend to give fewer hours as they value quantity more than quality. |

Expect to teach anywhere between 25-30 Hours a week at any university in Istanbul...and this does not include overtime! There are so many EFL teachers available here so universities can get away with offering minmum pay at maximum teaching hours. Good luck in your search!  |
