Uh...well that's not a whole lot of info so I'll comment only on what I can. Pay seems pretty good for a Uni gig. |

Shunde is in a decent location. Close to other major places, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong. |

Paid utilities, airfare refund or allowance, subsidised cafeteria, paid holiday in winter and in summer if you re-sign for another year?
Are these real hours or teaching hours?
Are you teaching multiple subjects in which case you will have a lot more lesson planning which isn't paid.
Is the free apartment on campus or is there a commute involved.
Commute time, lesson planning and English Corner participation are not counted in teaching contact hours but are commitments to the job.
Away from the financials, can you talk to previous FTs?
The environment is very important and other posters have commented from time to time that they accept a less than optimum package because the teaching environment and support is better. |

I'm not good at judging university contracts because I am biased. But from what I have seen, the pay is higher than usually offered. |

Generally university gigs in Guangdong pay a little more than the national average. 7400rmb for 16 hours is pretty good compared to other offers out there. |

Solid pay. However, might be best to see the entirety of the contract before many of us can make a concrete decision. |
