Hello all,

I'm jumping through all the hoops on my way to a visa (I'm a female in the UK heading for an ESL position out there), but have hit upon a little snag - there are 2 versions of the Saudi medical report online and I can't get a straight answer out of my contacts as to which I should complete.

The simpler looking one is one column list of stuff, starting with 'Left Ear' and ending with 'Other disease', and the complex one has 2 columns of stuff including *hernia *varicose veins, stool sample..... It also has a negative/normal vs. positive/abnormal box for the doc to check for each and every test.

Obviously I'd LOVE to hear that I should do the simple one as it's WAY cheaper, but does anyone actually KNOW?

I used the complex one. I agree the simple one is cheaper, but this is the form my visa agent sent me. Hope this helps.

Thanks. Unfortunately I got different information from so many people that in the end I just got them both done :-/ The doctor that did my report was awesome though and filled out both forms for one fee, phew!
