If you're at a tertiary institution, summarize to the attention of the English-proficient and learned Dr Khalid M. Abalhassan, advisor to Ministry of Higher Education Deputy Minister Dr. Ali ibn Sulaiman Al Atiyyah. Dr Abalhassan's email is [email protected]. It's a private account.
Your summary should include (to the best of your knowledge):
1. your university and the faculty/program you're currently engaged with (and previous others under the same visa at issue if you've been transferred)
2. name of supervisor or director or Dean
3. name and address of recruiter(s)/contractor(s)
4. name and address of KSA visa sponsor, whether business or individual
5. signature at the bottom of your contract -- of course not yours! -- if different from sponsor
6. name and address of visa agents whether in KSA or abroad
7. the embassy to which you made application
8. scan and attach your visa
9. make the subject heading "professionally" appealing
10. etc.
Note that he's Higher Education, not Education, an entirely distinct Ministerial entity. |

A Saudi university that hired me for the upcoming semester has not yet sent me the formal invitation needed to process my work visa in the USA.
I am getting very concerned. |
