Strange...why would a hostel website state that there are "some furnished apartments" in its vicinity???

One possible reason, is that the boss of the hostel is the same for the furnished apartments. That's why the advert of the appartments is included in the website of the hostel.

This is the Magic Kingdom! Laughing

How thoughtful of you, outing 007 like that...while many will recognize 007 from the past, others may not...maybe he is trying to reinvent himself.
How do you know this is the same person? Do you have special insider information on dave's that the rest of us don't? Laughing

I admit to being a bit bemused by the original topic; I've got visions of backpacking newbies looking for a place to crash and party - not likely to be the case in any respect in KSA!

My intention was to surprise folks that there are recognised, State-sponsored Youth Hostels in KSA ! Main customers are school groups travelling about. Hostels are often next to the large Sports Stadium in each town.

Hint: The location is identical for "007" and "barbaros."

Not sure if this would constitute proof that would stand up in court. After all, we have dozens of members here who are from the UK... and a significant number of them are veterans of a place that is very commonly called the Magic Kingdom.

But... 007 did get banned once and came back with a new name, but the same avatar. It did show a lack or originality. Laughing

So... Barbaros, it will be up to you to prove that you aren't the infamous 007. Not sure how you will do that. But, probably doesn't matter unless you fall into 007's bad habits.

007 recently chose a new screen name on another site, but he kept the nickname "King Cobra 007." Some habits die hard. Idea

Dear scot47,

But can you prove that proving a negative isn't possible?

John
