I am under the impression that you need to have a return ticket to get into Japan on a sightseeing visa.
Am I right?

| The first time I came to Japan, I arrived that way at Nagoya airport. However, I also demonstrated having adequate funds to stay for a few weeks and still have money left over for the ticket out. |

| That is correct. I arrived with a one way ticket and demonstrated large cash reserves. I made no attempt to use said cash to bribe the officials. |
