I'm trying to decide which one to pursue. Are they equivalent or is one thought better of by employers?

Your thoughts would be appreciated! |

				| They are generally considered to be equal. Officially they are. But looking at how much harder it is to become a trainer for Delta than for the Trinity diploma, I'd plump for the Delta. |

				| In terms of content, the Dip TESOL has more emphasis on phonology. |

As a distance delta failure ... I think Ill try the Trinity Dip next time then I have a much keener interest in phonology than I do in endless language analysis type tasks. |
