Revently, I have read about a, according to Forbes, billion dollar Mexican who's hiding somewhere in the mountains. Chicago's authorities claim that he is a lot more dangerous than Al Capone was. And, they've compared him to the culprit from history of the US.

I wonder about what the regular Mexicans think about the dangerous billion dollar man and how he compares to the former president of Panama Noriega and that case. The Mexican surely isn't a politician of any country (officially), although they may keep his pic on walls of both sides of the border.

? Who is this Most Wanted Man?

Could it be...El Chapo Guzman?

Back when Fox was president here, they had Guzman in jail...he escaped in a laundry cart with help from prison staff. Quite the biography they'll write one day of this guy

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manuel_Noriega

The rich Mexican criminal isn't far from the former Panamian leader-criminal by air, Pan-American Freeway or by what he has done. But Mexico isn't Panama.

How thin is the line in between the two professions; criminal and political leader?

Quote:
From the link above;

Noriega served as a U.S. intelligence asset and paid informant of the Central Intelligence Agency since 1967, including when Bush was head of the CIA (197677).[6]

Noriega had sided with the U.S. rather than the USSR in Central America, notably in sabotaging the forces of the Sandinista government in Nicaragua, and the revolutionaries of the FMLN group in El Salvador. Noriega received upwards of $100,000 per year from the 1960s until the 1980s, when his salary was increased to $200,000 per year, for his loyalty and efforts against the much better-funded, Soviet-backed groups.[7] Although he worked with the Drug Enforcement Administration to restrict illegal drug shipments, he was known to simultaneously accept significant financial support from drug dealers,[6] because he facilitated the laundering of drug money, and through Noriega they received protection from DEA investigations due to his special relationship with the CIA.[8]

Just imagine how a politician's brain works and we may be able to connect the case from Panama with the one from Mexico.

Come on guys! In Chicago, they want to celebrate the death of their "Public Enemy Number One". Has he really died a few hours ago, or is is just a wishful thinking? He's got so many American officials in his pocket and they want him dead. Perhaps, money can really buy anyting.

Yeah, that's what I thought..not dead. And, they seemed to have already celebrated in Chicago's government office. I've heard there's plenty of money flowing south of the border to get rid of this fellla. I can't imagine how many American officials have been on Guzman's payroll and are anxious today. In any case, the Pan Am Freeway is still busy with trucks crossing up and down.
