OK, got the answer:
"First year probationary, second conditionally permanent, third conditional tenure, at end of third year full tenure! August can't get here too soon!"
Don't you love that "conditionally permanent?"

Thank you for explaining.
I am still new to the regulations for getting credentials.
I have heard something about working for 'two years' before a teacher will get good job offers.
The probation must be what people are talking about.
Its a little more clear to me now.
I'm glad you explained it because as with any new concept it sounds somewhat foreign in the beginning. |
