| Just come over and see what it's like and if you really can't stand it you'll be able to find another job easily. Giving up one job to try to find another when you haven't even tried the first one yet doesn't sound like the best of ideas to me. You never know, it might turn out not to be so bad and you might even actually like it! |
Yeah I agree, really. I'm currently in a state of being half excited and half anxious. It'll be interesting to see what transpires! |

You'll be fine. The worst that can happen is that you have to find a new job, but while having a job to support you in the meantime. And the fact that you've done some research and read the stories means that you'll be more prepared if and when any difficulty arises, and it won't come as a shock.
I have to say Glenski, I also found my original interview with a dispatch company (25 minutes on the phone, I think I was in bed) to be disconcertingly easy. It just gives the impression that they'll take anyone with a pulse, and that you don't matter to the company. |

I am not in asia at the moment but I happen to agree with that you should start the job.
Many a jobs sound sucky but end up being good for reasons you don't know now.
Some of my hardest jobs have been great because of the people I worked with.
But, the job itself was not so hot.
I do however never think its not bad to seek out other employment as a 'safety net.'
As an alt or esl teacher what job security do we really have anyway?
Always be on the lookout for a job that can better you and your life.
As far as morals go...
Morals will not pay the rent.
And I find telling the check out clerk at the grocery store all about my morals does not give me any type of discount.
All morals have their place.
But, don't let it keep you from getting a job. |
