Hi
Newbie on this site.
I have an interview in London with RAFO.
I have no military background , but i did work briefly in Al Ain ( UAE).
Could anyone who's had an interview in the past with RAFO provide any tips It's a long time since I've been for a formal interview and any guidance would be much appreciated. |

| I interviewed for and ended up working for RAFO for about a year in 2008. I wouldn't worry at all about your lack of military experience. We were basically teaching general English from Headway. The majority of students were low level and motivation was often an issue but if you've already taught in the Gulf you're probably aware of that anyway. Thinking about how you deal with those issues and explaining your approach in the interview will be far more important, I imagine, than discussing military strategies.... |
