I have received a phone call from the following number 1-877-215-3459. The guy calling me said that they are hiring English teachers in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. Then, he said my profile is good and the only problem is that I need to have a B.A in Education because schools in Dubai require a B.A in Education. Then he offered to do a Prior Learning Assessment for my teaching experience. He said that one of the American Universities will contact me via the phone for an interview and to assess my teaching abilities and in return, I can get an american B.A in Education for $500 and I'll be shortlisted on the job.
This must be a scam and I am publishing this for other teachers to be aware of it.

I wanted to play the fool with these guys and make them think that I believed them. So, they kept calling me again and again trying to make sure that I am going to send them the 500$. Here I am posting another email that they have sent to me:

Tell them that you're a young active 71 year old. That will throw them and probably say there is no age restriction in the Gulf. Better still tell them about the accident you had and ask how you can claim compo! |
