Hello everyone! I'm looking for a reliable paying and well organized ESL school to work for at a summer camp. I wasn't able to save all that I wanted, so some extra income will be needed. So I don't know what is typical for native English speakers, but I'm a man in my mid-50's. I have a permit to stay in Russia, so no visa support or anything else associated with those who don't live in Russia is needed. I'm TKT certified (OK, I can hear you snickering!) Though I've been in Russia for some time, my ability to speak Russian is limited. I've got a couple years of teaching under my belt including working for camp in Gelandzhick in 2011. I enjoyed it but camp was so poorly run that I'm hoping to not have to work for them again. Kids and teens like me and I don't have any problem being involved in some of their non-class related English activities.
I'm hoping to find something at the Black Sea, but I'm open to most locations in the European side of Russia. Send me a PM if there are any opportunities that you are aware of.
If I broke the rules by posting this here, let me know and I'll be happy to delete it. If you know of who to work for - and more importantly - who not to work for at a summer camp, that might be good information for all of us to know. |
