What's a good salary for 3 years + experience..teaching at these universities?

Depends on your nationality, academic credential/major + TEFL certification, and specific teaching experience.

western passport, 3 years experience ? Maybe SR10,000 a month plius chance to do overtime and work in summer sessions. Maybe less.

If you work direct hire at PNU you will make at least 14000 SAR in the PYP program. More if you are in ELDP or EAP.

The ones hiring are SBC/AETG/EDX etc... and offering SAR10000/ 11000?
So how to get in as 'direct' hire?
