I would remove that email address. First off, I wouldn't want my real name known (if it includes that)... and second off there are computers trolling boards like this to pick up email address to scam.

Definitely remove your email and know that potential employers may well watch these boards.
1. Salary range: what are you worth? You've probably seen figures to give you some idea of what they offer. Choose a figure and stick to it, no matter what they offer you below it. You are the one who should decide what you should be getting each month, not a contractor who does not understand teaching and will never see you perform your job. Be aware that recruiters send out ads with overinflated figures to lure you in. The contractor may well insist that the figures in the ads were not their idea. Don't buy that ruse.
2. Interview tips: you will be interviewed by Aramco teaching staff (not SRACO personnel). They know their stuff. They will quiz you on a number of different teaching situations asking how you will deal with them. They will probably also ask you questions about using technology in the classroom and detailed grammar knowledge so brush up if you're rusty. If you don't know something, just say you don't. Finally, they will more than likely ask you how you deal with discipline problems in class. Make sure you have an answer for this one. When they ask if you have questions, make sure you ask about the materials and the type of learners you will be teaching. They'll like that.
3. Worth it? Only you can decide that. SRACO aren't the best contractors. They aren't the worst. But treat them well and they are likely to treat you well. THat's pretty much a golden rule in working here. Mutual respect and friendliness go a long way.
4. The Aramco interview team will decide at the end of the interview if you are worthy of an offer. Shortly after the interview, SRACO staff will present you with an offer or tell you no offer is pending. If you get an offer, they may pressure you to sign immediately. Take your time and read through ALL the documentation they give you. Make sure you ask questions about anything you are unclear on. If you want, you can walk away with the offer document and let them know later after having some days to think about it. But you should really be ready to commit at that point. Because of this, I strongly suggest that you check it thoroughly before you sign it. It should contain a salary package that you are happy with PLUS a location you are willing to work in. There are centres in Dhahran, Abqaiq, Ras Tanura, Jeddah, etc etc. So, you should do some homework if you want to live/work in a specific location for some reason. If the offer does not contain what you want and they don't agree to change it, be willing to walk away. Otherwise, they've won the war before you fight your first battle.
With your experience of 17-20 year olds, you should do fine as many of the trainees at Aramco are that age. And your experience with science graduates should be stressed because their needs are more technical than general English.
Unless you completely mess up, it is highly likely you will receive an offer. They are expanding their training program and Aramco is trying to keep up with staff demands.
