I believe the adjective you were looking for was 'sexy'.

Haha you guys are funny..

Mark-o thanks for sticking up, and calling my attention to that..
Frances.. really the only time a transfer works is if the employee is off probation.. but if they put in a request ASAP it might come through the first month after they finish probation. I'm not in Osaka, or Matsumoto, but really the way it goes is just play nice at work, kiss some butt, and the transfer should be approved when they darn well feel like playing nice themselves (I know a girl that waited 9 months for her transfer.. and another person who waited 15 days.. depends on "branch needs" as they like to say.)
As for those snivilling sell-outs snooping around looking for trash talkers.. maybe they should be doing some real work, rather than sneaking around trying to find dirt. But really, who cares... my contract is almost up anyways, and I can't renew on a W/H visa with them. Besides.. maybe I'll fire them first!

I know people who work for all these companies and they are all as bad as each other. I think AEON might be marginally the least bad out of a bad bunch. All conversations schools in Japan exploit teachers to the core. If you really want to get a good job in Japan use any of these to get a visa then start looking for another job as soon as you get here. I know some people who having got a valid visa (visas dont restrict you to certain employers) did a runner at the airport.
