Just wondering if anyone can tell me if there are required immunizations for adults or small children in order to travel to KSA. Also, how else could I learn about this type of information - who to call/email? Thanks so much, Ann |

It will depend on the type of your visa and purpose of your travel to the Magic Kingdom.
If it is for Hajj/Omra, then you have to have some types of vaccination (this will depend on your home country).
For other types of visa, you need to contact the Saudi embassy to get the correct information.
In all cases, I recommend to have vaccinations against Hepatitis A and Typhoid.
For Hajj and Omrah you need the Meningococcal Meningitis and Yellow Fever vaccinations:

Also, it has been reported that MERS coronavirus (Corona disease) killed 3 more people in Saudi Arabia.
The new virus is related to SARS, which killed some 800 people in a global epidemic in 2003, and belongs to a family of viruses that most often causes the common cold.

Ditto Wilsonthefarmer's suggestions. Plus, there's a difference between required and recommended. |
