Hello,

I'm about to begin the process of job hunting for a job in Japan. I am currently in South Korea, where you apply through recruiters who set up interviews with different schools.
Is this the same process as applying for a position in Japan? or do I need to apply to individual schools who have vacancies.

Please let me know, I'd be very grateful for any information.

unless you are picky about exactly what/where you want, then why not just browse sources of job ads such as Dave's or http://www.ohayosensei.com/ and follow their instructions?

some are posted by recruiters but whenever you use a recruiter, someone somewhere is getting money that you may have got instead
