I was wondering if any serving NETs could offer advice regarding medical insurance.
EMB have sent me a list of 15 insurance companies. Is there any kind of consensus amongst NETs as to which of these is preferable or is it all much of a muchness?

For the amount of money on the benefit, forget 'out-patience' service.
I used Manulife. But, there are so many here.
Read the fine print. Also, take out travel insurance for side-trips. |

I have HSBC travel insurance and they worked well when I broke my wristin Thailand.
I also have MLC policy for doctors. As long as you go to a Doc on their list,it is only $30 per visit...just do not forget the card!!
Price is reasonable and I am happy with their service. |
