Hello,

I am going to China to teach ESL in August. I am looking for two books, but do not want to pay the fortune that they cost brand new. If you have these books, I will buy both of them from you for $15 plus whatever the shipping costs. These are the books:

Keep Talking: Communicative Fluency Activities for Language Teaching, Klippel, Friederike. (Cambridge Handbooks for Language Teachers series) Cambridge University Press, 1990. Paperback, 202 pp.

Five Minute Activities: A Resource Book of Short Activities, Ur, Penny and Andrew Wright.(Cambridge Handbooks for Language Teachers series) Cambridge University Press, 1992. Paperback, 102 pp.

However, if you have any other books you are willing to sell, and you think they are good quality, I would consider that too. Keep in mind the books should be tailored to teaching oral English to high school children. Just name a reasonable price.

My contact information:

email: [email protected]
phone: 301-259-4532 or 301-259-2096

I will have limited access to my email and telephone, but reply here with your contact information and I will try my best to reach you. Otherwise, if you can reach me at those contacts, that would be great.

Thanks!

Jesse Warren

I went to the Guangzhou bookstore last Friday and bought some good cheap Cambridge books for teaching.
One title was "Success in English Teaching" for 13.5RMB I noticed the 5 minute activity for cheap also.
Are you going to teach in Shenzhen? If you are the bookstore is not that far and worth visiting to pick up some good materials
Cheers Carol

Amazon.com has a used copy of "Keep Talking" for $16.20. I've had really good luck buying (and selling) used books on Amazon.

woza,

if you are located in guangzhou, would you mind picking up the 5 minute activity book and mailing it to me in shenzhen? (i will not have that address for another month or so) i would surely give you a decent reward for doing so.

peace,
jesse
