Not sure if you are referencing Uniservices of Auckland or not, but those of us recruited by them were direct hire from the get go. PNU no longer uses Uniservices but most of the teachers who wanted to stay had their contracts renewed for 2013-2014.
I think you are not seeing direct hire ads because PNU feels enough teachers are returning (quite a few teachers actually started as late as March and April ) and the contractors will fill in the rest. |
