I want something like Oxford or CELTA in Prague. best value + price + program? something with job placement would be ideal.

There is a Czech Rep forum below; some Prague regulars post mostly only there.

All the courses currently operating in the city that I know of are considered quite decent overall. They've all been around a while, and have reasonable reputations. A cert from any of them will be recognized by employers in the region.

So far as job placement, Sasha's basically correct. The cert course providers (not only in Prague, but basically all of them) will put you in touch with reputable local employers, but you're responsible for sending out your CV, doing interviews and probably demo lessons, negotiating contracts, hours, and housing, and all the other details of getting a job.

Some in Prague apparently offer some support with visa applications.

and 'Oxford' and CELTA are not equivalents. The use of the name Oxford is a marketing tool in TEFL, nothing else.
