Hi,

I wanted to get a summer job in Poland next year, preferably in Szczecin. I am still in college (untill 2015) and have no teaching certificates as of right now. I need some tips and advice on what would I have to do and how much is it going to cost me... and of course if it is even possible in my case please . THX to everyone in advance .

Also if anyone knows about any Interior Design internship I could do there it would be nice .

Summer job in Poland - next to impossible to find and those that are available money-wise wouldn't be worth it (other readers please correct me if I'm wrong).

No teaching certificate (and you're from the States) - no chance of a job
What you have to do - get a CELTA/Trinity TESOL
Cost/availability of courses - please check the appropriate websites / Mr. Google.
Question. You would have to weigh up the cost of the qualification v the travelling & time of work (we understand it to be one summer) and potential money earned. My initial thought is you're going to lose out big time financially.

Your only option as far as I can see, is to find a programme (if one exists) that pays for your airfare/accom and pays you peanuts for the summer.

Are you looking to earn money in Poland, or are you looking for experience in Europe?

I could certainly sort out an internship over the summer with accommodation and food included (for free) for you, but payment would be an issue - there simply isn't much demand over the summer here.

I'm looking for more of an European experience than anything else. If you really could set me up for an internship in Interior Design in Szczecin it would be great.
