Has anyone worked for them or know anyone that has?

Any info about the interview process, working conditions, positives, negatives, culture, etc. would be appreciated.

Did a search but doesn't seem to be much about them.

Mostly positive but it is eikaiwa, which people can get sick of.

I think they pay better than other eikaiwa. I think overtime is possible.
I would say it is better than most language schools.

I do remember a teacher saying that he had to watch what he said at work since people gossip. Maybe that was in Sapporo.

Whawt!?!? A company where people gossip? That's outrageous. I'd advise that teacher to join a union.

It's true. I've heard this from several people who have worked there. Also, keep in mind that there were microphones in the teachers' room. And joining the union is a great idea.

Yep. The Canadian I knew said there were listening posts there.
That guy did mention the union so that tells you something.
His pay was pretty good, though.

Definitely a downside with working there.
But I know an American manager who was doing well there.
He had a family so he had to put in the hours.

Gossip can be pretty bad at secondary schools too.

I know they're not hiring anyone who is based outside Japan.
