No. But, quite a few people do. If you are caught then you will get a warning and then be sacked. I also know a few people in that category.

Strictly speaking, you should only work for your sponsor (in this case EdEx), and if you are caught working elsewhere, you are liable to have your contract terminated. In reality, a lot of people do private tutoring in their free time. As long as you don't advertise what you're doing and it doesn't interfere with your day job, there shouldn't be a problem.
