Hello teachers!
Have any of you worked for Albany, either in Cordoba or in Madrid? Any advice or warnings or anything?
I have been hired and I'm due to start in a month.....very nervous and excited at the same time. Keen to make a good impression !! |

The school might be wonderful or it might not be. People posting on this forum often suggest contacting a teacher who worked in the school before you did. This would have to be a teacher, NOT a DIRECTOR of STUDIES. I would want to ask that person lots of questions, including how many teachers quit or were fired early. If the school refuses to grant that information, then you are in the dark. It may mean that nobody has stayed beyond the first year. It may be worse.
So, ask Albany school politely but firmly if you can contact an English teacher who works there now, and worked there last year. |
