I've searched the internet and have barely found anything from people who actually worked there. Does anyone have any experience with them? What's it like working there?

I did their training week in Beijing last year and although I didn't teach with them, I was very impressed with the training and trainers, the western management, and curriculum. I believe their senior foreign staff all have B.Eds with TEFL qual's. I started the training after visiting and subbing at a few other Beijing CLIL schools which by contrast, all seemed to be emulators.

But obviously, only doing the training doesn't give one a sense for how day-to-day operations or regional franchises are managed. Newbies will certainly cringe at the fact waiting areas are equipped with video feeds from classrooms (no audio, though).

As far as I can tell, Best seems to be another educ publisher partnership attempt, albeit a much better planned one than either Pearson's Dell English/Longman School or Scolastic's RYB/Scholastic schools, at least based on working experience and conversations with senior management of both. Scholastic is partly CLIL.

Tell you what. Look them up on Skype. Kelly, the Canadian girl in head office I spoke to was very helpful. I can't remember the guy's name but both of them can answer your questions. I'd ask them for half a dozen contacts at locations you want to work at.

I'm thinking either Shenzhen or Xi'an so I can avoid the pollution in Beijing.
