| ummmm... assuming there is a clause in your contract about providing notice, and you adhere to this, you arent in breach of the contract. If the contract says you need to give 30 days notice (except in conditions of absolute emergency which are no doubt stuipulated,, then give the notice and voila! no penalty clause. You can leave whenever you like (assuming theres no further amendment on paying back x-cash on flights/fees etc if you leave before x-date. |
