I have good signal but cannot log onto Skype. I am getting a message 'cannot connect'
I went next door and my neighbors are having the same problem.
Is Skype blocked in Turkey? |

has been doing some weird stuff lately. This is probably anecdotal, but our building has experienced periods when Internet was OK and Skype wasn't, and the reverse has been true, too. |

I checked downtown and indeed Skype is working. Everyone at my school though cannot get through though. Must be something with the server. |

While it is possible to have Internet without Skype it would be a bit more difficult to have Skype without having Internet....
For the OP it is possible your school/employer has blocked Skype from their network. Businesses do it all the time. Have you asked the Director? |
