| I know of one piano teacher here in Zhuhai, who is Russian. I haven't seen her for quite some time, but I believe she works (or worked) on a business visa, an F visa. She taught one to one for a private music school. There are a few mid sized music schools here that seem to operate on the same basis as the private language schools. Indeed, many of the weekend students at my last job in a private language school were coming from or going to piano, guitar or violin lessons at the music school next door. That being said, I don't know if she taught in Chinese, Russian or English. The school itself seemed to advertise and promote itself entirely in Chinese. |

| I'm not being rude so don't take this the wrong way but big egos tend to get punctured fast here. A bit of advice from an engineer friend who came here 5 years ago, "I came out here thinking I was going to show the Chinese how it was done. In my first year I learnt how not to look foolish, in my second I learnt how to do my job and in the third I had something to contribute." |
I like this.
