| Just in case you arrive directly from the airport with luggage like I did, there is an adjacent hotel where you can store it for a nominal fee. I say this because though they will let you in with laptop, they won't let you in with luggage. The storage area is literally 20 paces away from the entrance into the consulate, and security is pretty cool about letting you back into line if you have not already checked it by the time you reach that point. |
