Hi!
I got an offer from istanbul, actually sister school of English time (Doga college) and they do not provide any help with housing.
I am out of Istanbul, have never been there before so need little help.
Does anyone know where I could search for flats, shared-flats...etc?
P.S. If anyone know anything about Doga college pls let me know.
Thanx,
Michaela |

Hey Michaela
Check out flats in the Sisli-Mecidiyekoy, Taksim, Osmanbey, and Sishane areas (all metro stops) it's right in the centre of the downtown core and very accessible to city buses and metro buses.
If you want a quieter nicer areas check out flats in Levent or Karakoy.
I hope this helps |

Never forget to do the math. Some places are fairer than others and will split the salary between U.S. & TL.
Feb. 27 2014. 1.00 USD =2.21520 TL .......... just saying. |

On the subject of the currency exchange, has anybody tried to buy Sterling lately? Have you seen the rates, with all this corruption and god knows what else those rates are not going to get any better, I think will take a holiday in the States this year rather than the U.K! |
