| Didn't go as hoped but still got the offer. The lady claims the students get to pick their classes/professors during the first week of school so I need to be there. I'll have to bite the bullet and take another short trip back to the states, but it's not the end of the world. Uni salary is a little low for Chengdu, but everything else sounds pretty good: big 2 room apartment, 10k airfair reimb. + additional travel allowance, and might only have to work 2 days per week. Bye bye boonies! |
