yes. and no.
not legally required by national law.
not required by all provinces
even if required, can be waived.
but why not "even with a degree"? many degrees are simply certificates
stating you sat in a classroom and paid tuition. you could argue that
experience trumps book learning. |

Head on over to Khao San Road and pick up yer Harfard University diploma today! So real…it's looks real!

It depends what city you want to work in. Suzhou demands 2 years experience in order to get your RP. |

I just ran into this in Sichuan province. The uni I'm transferring to brought it up since I only had this current year listed on my resume. Fortunately I had some experience back in college that got me the green light. |

I'm studying a four year Ed degree, finishing in the (relative ) near future. Will have a touch over three months class room experience in practice, as part of my degree. On the short... |

Do you have experience giving a seminar of some sort or a lecture, or reading a paper? That counts.
If you're an education major, you have half the game won: organization.
You just need experience in class control. Volunteer to work in your school's writing center to develop and apply method, then volunteer at an after school program somewhere. |
