I worked for them back in 1991-92. It was basically, "Here's the money, you're on your own." They don't want to hold your hand, and they won't bother you after you're on-site.
Your spelling is atrocious, BTW. Mr. Lector let you off easy. Are you typing with your toes?
Would have gotten around to this sooner, but I've been busy in the bathroom.

Hello:
This might be useful if you haven't already stumbled onto it:

I was interested in the Soros Foundation but they've moved on to other places. Several people have told me that Soros is satisfied with the openness of Russian society (or at least thinks it's going in the right direction) and wants to focus energy some place that really needs it: like America. |

zaneth, you have excelled yourself!!
I'm not sure if the first part is funnier than the second, given Putin's current antics in trying to bankrupt his main oil producer. |

In fact, I believe that George Soros has been pumping lots of cash into a media campaign to defeat Bush. I first read about it last year sometime.

Wow, so it's true? I wasn't sure if I'd remembered right, or if I was just remembering hearsay.
Funny world. |
