I will be heading to Istanbul in about a week, I arrive on the 11th late at night from California (11 hour time difference, this is going get rough) Anyway, I would really like to meet up with some teachers. I pretty much have everything set up for housing and work, I have a lot of Turkish friends that have helped me. Anyone want to get a drink? |

You wil have to introduce me to any local beers that are in Istnabul. I just moved to L.A. from Denver, and the beer scene in Colorado is intense with all the microbrews. Yummy. |

There is one microbrewery in the centre of Istanbul(Taps). It is more expensive. Usally the beer on offer is Efes and Tuborg. There are others like skol, Marmara and becks-but they are not as common |
