Does anyone have any information about the above school? I've been "hired" by them, although I have next to no information from them on duties, conditions and procedures.

Any info would be appreciated.

They've got a website, you can track down the url via google if you want to have a look. I'm curious why you agreed to the job knowing next to nothing about them though.

Yes, I know that website, it doesn't give me the information I require. I haven't really accepted, that's the problem, they hired me without giving me information and without answering my questions, so I'm seeing how far I need to go to get them. I'm under no obligation at the moment, as I know they are also easily able to retract the position from their end.

I see the company is whitelisted and is one of the better paying companies from what I hear from my teaching colleagues in Beijing. It is also one of the oldest schools in Beijing - operating over 15 years.

Yeah, I had a problem to get the images to show up until I used my VPN. With a VPN everything works fine. I guess they are targeting people outside of China or assume all expats in China have a VPN. Maybe you can just send them an email and ask for a copy?

Weird. I just emailed them the day before yesterday at [email protected] and got an auto-reply message saying they would follow-up on my request in a few days. Maybe their inbox is full? Here... I cut and pasted this from the second link I gave you above and YCIS is about half way down the page...

Thanks. The e-mail address you sent me seemed to make it through. By the way, on the attachment you sent me, is the school I mentioned on that page under the name "Beijing International Bilingual Academy"? I ask because I noticed it was only page 2 of 45 and I see no other name of a school on that list that could be the school I mentioned. In any event, thanks again.
